As the president of the Indian Canadian Organization, Santosh Choubey spearheaded a successful blood donation drive for Canadian Blood Services by hosting public gatherings and raising awareness within the South Asian community. He has also volunteered with the Lakshmi Narayan temple since 2003, serving food to over 300 devotees at the temple every Sunday.
