For over 20 years, Alain Frappier has called on the contributions and determination of his friends and acquaintances to put on large-scale cultural shows in his municipality. In the early 2000s, he proposed opening a movie theatre; today, thanks to his efforts, the citizens of Fermont and Labrador can enjoy movies every Friday.
