Jim Erb has volunteered with a number of organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the United Way of Kitchener-Waterloo, Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region, and the Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation's board of directors. His work as a Rotarian over the last 30 years has led to the success of such projects as the Annual Turkey Drive and the Rotary Dream Home.
