Florence Joyce Hiltz

A devoted volunteer in her community, Florence Hiltz has spent over 20 years with the Lighthouse Food Bank, ensuring people in need are looked after in a caring and respectful way. She has volunteered at St. Stephen's Anglican Church for over 30 years, helping to prepare and clean-up after church functions, and serving on its parish corporation. For the past 13 years, she has been the principal organizer of the largest annual fundraiser for the Chester Heritage Society.
