Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
For over 35 years, David LeClair, of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, has helped youth succeed in sport while supporting community development at large. Indispensable to the Charlottetown Minor Baseball Association, Mr. LeClair has shared his love for the sport with countless youth through a variety of roles, including those of president of the association's executive board, tournament organizer, general manager and coach. He is also very active within his parish, participating in many events and fundraisers.
Mr. LeClair extends caring and compassion to everyone he meets.
