Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
Elsie Scott's dedication and efforts go back more than forty-five years. When her children were young, she became a volunteer for the Girl Guides, an involvement that extended to include many other associated groups. She has also volunteered for many community organizations, such as Neighbourhood Watch and the Christmas Exchange.
