Richard Bishop has been an active volunteer in the Lions Club since 1969, organizing many projects such as camps, leader dogs for the blind, and TDD units for the hearing impaired. He served on the organizing committee for the Guelph Mobility Service and is active as a blood donor, a volunteer driver for the Cancer Society and has been active in his church.
