Ralph Culligan has volunteered his time, energy and expertise to serve his community. Active in the local and national RCMP Veterans' Associations, he has been responsible for controlling and monitoring a substantial trust fund that was established to help members, spouses, widows and dependents in financial need. Mr. Culligan has also served as Treasurer of his church, in addition to ushering and greeting parishioners, and for the past three years, has been Treasurer of the York Central Hospital's Gift Shop.
