Madeleine Bélanger-LeBlanc has worked as a volunteer for over 40 years. She was a founding member of several organizations, including the provincial parent-teacher association, the Standing Conference for Refugees and the Institut de Développement Nord-Sud. She has also shown great dedication to Medical Help to Children International (AMIE) since its beginnings in 1974. In 1999, she continued her volunteer work as production manager for La Revue de l'AMIE. Ms. Bélanger-LeBlanc also serves as a volunteer on the pastoral council for the diocese of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière and a number of related committees.
