A promotion manager for a local Peterborough radio station, Ray Hebert has gone far beyond the requirements of his role as liaison between his radio station and his community to help countless local organizations promote their events and raise funds for worthy causes. Not only has he personally served in a wide variety of high profile community service positions, he has also been instrumental in encouraging his fellow broadcasters to become involved in community groups and organizations.
