Since 2000, Sean Livingston has volunteered as a cadet instructor, providing youth with the tools and means to become positive contributors to the community. As the current commanding officer of the Oakville Sea Cadets, he established a champion swimming team and a first-aid team, and has revitalized the corps band program.
