Bill Hepburn began his work integrating people with disabilities into the community many years ago, starting with equipping a bus to accommodate persons who use wheelchairs. In 1951 he helped establish a basketball team called "The Wheelchair Wonders". Now a wheelchair-user himself, he continues his voluntarism, particularly with persons with disabilities. His efforts for many years have helped many people adjust to their disabilities.
