Harold Schamhart has served as head coach and general manager of the University of Victoria Men’s Hockey Team since 2006, leading players on the ice and organizing the team’s administrative logistics. He was also a founding member of the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League, which allowed athletes to pursue a higher education while playing in a competitive league.
