Richard Choquette is deeply committed to his community where, for over 50 years, he has dedicated himself to serving others and to inspiring young people towards becoming engaged and responsible adults. For 32 years, he demonstrated outstanding leadership as a regional representative and member of the board of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, notably encouraging youth aged 14-25 to achieve their Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
