Kenneth Kostyniuk has been a volunteer in the town of Imperial since 1999, and has positively contributed to his community as a volunteer firefighter, director and instructor. He is passionate about providing youth with opportunities to excel, which he does through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and Air Cadet programs.
