Through his volunteer work with historical societies, veterans' associations and local museums, Guy Black has helped raise awareness in his community about the sacrifices of Canadian veterans. For over a decade, he has been at the forefront of commemorative ceremonies and projects, most notably the WW1 replica trench project at the Port Moody Station Museum.
