    Ange-Aimé Larose, Saint-Césaire, Quebec Governor General's Caring Canadian Award A Knight of Columbus since 1959, Ange-Aimé Larose has filled nearly every position in that organization over the years, placing a particular emphasis on one of the four principles of the movement: charity. He has served as Secretary, Grand Knight, District Deputy, Regional Director and provincial head of the Columbian Squires. For the past 20 years, Mr. Larose has sold tickets for an annual campaign to raise funds for the Red Cross and other charitable organizations. Mr. Larose is also very involved in the Société Saint-Jean-Baptiste and the Quatre Lieux du Haut St-Laurent historical society. Whether in his district or his diocese, he is there for anybody who is in need. In his simple way, this warm-hearted individual is one of Saint-Césaire's most active volunteers.
