Andrew Moffat has been a pioneer in the paramedical industry on both the local and national levels as the founder of the Caroline Volunteer Ambulance Service. He acted as its director from 1980 to 2004, and also served on the boards of various ambulance service associations, helping to develop the modern profession of paramedicine.
