Ever since his retirement, Jacques Dupuis has dedicated himself entirely to humanitarian work at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Veterans' Hospital. His near-daily presence in the hospital led to a position on the Board, which he chaired for two years. He has given the hospital and veterans' causes his time and administrative experience for the past ten years.
