Professor Giovanna Panico has been a volunteer in the Italian community for over 45 years. Seeing television as a perfect platform for entertaining, informing and uniting people, she created a weekly Italian cultural program on Rogers TV. Her efforts have inspired younger generations to maintain their Italian culture and language.
