For more than seven decades, Inez Mackenzie strove to improve programs and services for seniors in her community. She was a founding member of the Harbour Lioness Club, served in executive positions with the Lions Club and the Eastern Shore New Horizons Club, and chaired the Association of Halifax Regional Seniors Council.
