For more than two decades, Ka Keng Francis Cheung has devoted hundreds of hours to supporting organizations including the BC Summer Swimming Association, BC Games Society and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. His efforts have helped provide young athletes with local development opportunities, strengthening their ties to their province and encouraging them to pursue their passions.
