Since his retirement, Captain Paul Dowling has been dedicating his time to the Air Cadets of New Brunswick. He has served as executive director of the New Brunswick Provincial Committee of the Air Cadet League of Canada for more than 15 years, ensuring the smooth operation of all 23 air cadet squadrons across the province.
