For more than a decade, Ed Dubas has held the title of the longest-serving drum major in the history of the Ceremonial Band of the Waterloo Regional Police. His commitment to the band’s many performances across Canada and the United States has touched the lives of his fellow band members, as well as those who have participated in countless ceremonial events.
