A pillar of the community of Teulon, Manitoba, Claudia Ruth Campbell has exhibited a tireless commitment to youth, the arts and her church. Mrs. Campbell is a perennial organizer of the annual Teulon Fair and is very active within her parish. In addition, she has been the director of the Teulon and District Agricultural Society since 1958, and has been a key organizer of the Rockwood Festival of the Arts since helping to found the annual event in 1956. Mrs. Campbell's versatile and widespread generosity has greatly enriched the lives of her fellow citizens.
