For more than 20 years, Frederick H. Hayward has been serving at the local, regional and national levels of the United Empire Loyalists’ Association of Canada (UELAC). As the dominion education chair for 18 years, he spearheaded book distribution and resource development projects to educate youth on Loyalist history.
