For more than 40 years, Leo John Skinner has ensured that the recreational needs of his community were met through his efforts as a member of the Town of Lourdes Recreation Committee, but most notably through his role as “Santa Claus” for the community’s children. His efforts as a community fundraiser for over three decades with the Knights of Columbus Our Lady of Lourdes branch helped bring the first ambulance service to the community.
