Paul Bown

A volunteer with the Bytown Railway Society since 1974, Paul Bown has been integral to the preservation of Canadian railway artefacts, and has worked to ensure that these collections remain accessible to the public through his involvement in projects such as the operation of Locomotive 1201 from Montreal. As liaison with the Canada Science and Technology Museum, his commitment has contributed to the successful move of numerous exhibits to their new collections and conservation centre.
