Wayne Elsbett has been making a difference in the lives of elderly persons with disabilities since 2006, by helping to improve their healthy daily habits and offering transportation throughout the community. He has also been a director with the Brooks and Area Rural Crime Watch Association since 2005, through which he has provided leadership, initiated education programs and bolstered participation from local businesses.
