Ray Dunn has been with Scouts Canada for 25 years, serving as a group instructor, assistant leader and chair of the Northern Lights Council’s range committee. Every week, he helps scouters and instructors develop their shooting skills in a safe environment, and coordinates the maintenance of all the archery and pelletry equipment and ranges.
