Through his involvement with the Ontario Regiment Museum, Charles Raine is preserving and sharing the history of both world wars with young and old alike. He also helped improve the overall well-being of his community for more than a decade through the RoadWatch neighbourhood watch program and the Kinsmen Club of Bowmanville.
