Wylene McConkey has been volunteering three days a week at the Greater Forest Lawn Seniors Centre since 2013, where she escorts seniors to medical appointments and hosts weekly bingo nights. She has also been the organist at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for over 50 years, and spends 8 to 10 hours a week singing at the local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion.
