Since 1977, Bruce Julian has served in various leadership capacities with the Royal Canadian Legion. During his presidency of the Dominion Command, he oversaw 1 359 branches across Canada and abroad. His tenacity and enthusiasm have encouraged participation from various government departments and ensured the continued success of the organization.
