Steve Franks has been a music instructor for more than two decades, giving his time to cadet squadrons, the Caledonia and District Pipes and Drums, and the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. He currently leads the music program of the 779 Black Knight Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, where he organizes band practices, arranges performances, maintains musical equipment and teaches cadets.
