Perry Breckenridge has dedicated more than three decades to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #25, serving in such leadership positions as first vice-president and cadet liaison officer. From assisting with the Poppy Fund to liaising with Legion partners, he has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to the branch.
