For close to 50 years, Kenneth Richardson has been a valuable member of Scouts Canada. He has helped youth learn about the outdoors by serving as troop leader, camp chief and area commissioner. He has also assisted veterans by volunteering with the Royal Canadian Legion and the NATO Veterans Organization of Canada.
