As a volunteer with the Simcoe County Quilters Guild for 15 years, Carol Duncan has been directly involved in creating and delivering more than three thousand quilts to numerous community agencies in Simcoe County. The quilts bring warmth and joy to patients at the Royal Victoria Hospital as well as to individuals in need at more than 20 other organizations.
