As the founder of Entraide bénévole des Pays-d’en-Haut, Cécile Paradis has been instrumental in its growth and success since its opening in 1980. Through her perseverance and hard work, she helped to bring numerous crucial services to the centre, such as home visits and health services for seniors, as well as an annual blood drive.
