Since the age of 10, Donovan Roossien has spent his summers volunteering for CharterAbility, a local program that runs river tours for the elderly and for people with disabilities. He ensures clients board the boat safely and keeps the equipment clean. He has also participated in other community events, including the Oakville Santa Claus Parade and the Jazz Festival.
