Jacques Gauthier has played a key role in the growth and success of the 898 Optimistes Brossard and 338 Junior Wildcats Royal Canadian Air Cadet units. He has maintained the units’ corporate memory as a member of the steering committee since 1997, and his exceptional collaborative spirit has fostered partnerships between civilian and military members of the organization.
