Brian Parkinson has been an active board member with the Langley Care Society since 1995, during which time he helped lead a major upgrade of its facility and service offerings. He currently serves as sergeant-at-arms of the Rotary Club of Langley Central, and created a program that distributes lightly used running shoes among non-profit organizations that support marginalized seniors.
