Lynn Russell has spent a lifetime volunteering. Beginning in the 1960s, she would host activities for the patients of the Whitby Psychiatric Hospital, organize fundraising events and assist students at local schools. She has been with the Navy League of Canada for more than 25 years, as an officer of the largest Corps in Alberta as well as a member of the league’s board of directors.
