Since 1999, Rainbow Choi Lai Pun has volunteered with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program as a tax filer, volunteer trainer and program coordinator. In 2007, with the support of the church members, she started the Ottawa Chinese Alliance Church Tax Clinic, where she and her team have helped hundreds of people file their tax returns each year in various languages such as English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog.
