For more than 25 years, David J. Freeman has served as a tour guide and researcher at the Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt Naval and Military Museum. He has worked to preserve Canada’s naval heritage, particularly the role of Canadian women in wartime, and has been an advocate for veterans.
