Raymond Paquin created the Fondation de l'Hôpital Marie-Clarac in 1996. In 2011, he spearheaded a fundraising campaign to raise $35 million to build the hospital's new palliative care pavilion. For
20 years, whether with the foundation or as a member of the hospital's board of directors, Mr. Paquin has helped to improve the health of his fellow citizens.
