Joseph Burke has been providing tax return assistance as part of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program for more than 35 years. Additionally, he has volunteered with such organizations as the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Saint Thomas Catholic Church and Special Olympics Halifax.
