Tim Shaddick has been sharing his love for rugby since the 1970s as a coach, recruiter, fundraiser and program developer at the local and provincial levels. His efforts with the rugby section of the Vancouver Rowing Club have benefited hundreds of athletes and promoted the sport throughout British Columbia.
