As a volunteer with Share the Warmth since 2000, Susan MacGowan-Murphy supports and encourages youth who face poverty and hunger through the Back-to-School program and as chair of the annual Share the Spirit fundraising dinner. She also volunteers as a painting teacher for people living with cancer and their caregivers at the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre.
