Stephen Gallard has been committed to ensuring vulnerable people in his community are able to access the resources they need for over a decade through the Countess Mountbatten’s Own Legion of Frontiersmen and Holy Trinity Anglican Church. As the church’s liaison to the South Alberta Light Horse Regiment, he has also been integral to the development of an interfaith Remembrance Day service.
