For more than 20 years, Patrick Fortin and Gillian Proctor-Fortin have helped out at local schools, clubs and parishes in the communities they have called home. In addition to volunteering with both the Siloam and Ottawa missions, they fund a scholarship for young women attending an adult education centre, in memory of Mr. Fortin’s daughter.
